We are looking for an amazing designer to join our small team who wants to help the world learn from its data. The idea candidate is someone who:

• Possesses a blend of visual design, interaction design, and an unrelenting commitment to outstanding quality.
• Finds the established set of data visualization and design to be sub-par at best and is interested in its innovation.
• Considers every single detail because design is in the details.
• Has outstanding illustrations skills as well.
• Backs every pixel modified with a reason for doing it; As to improve our customers' user experience.
• Is highly iterative.
• Is sick of enterprise products being so poorly designed.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years minimum experience
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools
• Has a portfolio on hand to demonstrate skills
