We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team who wants to help the world learn from its data. This role encompasses engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support. The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Is passionate about interfacing and helping customers directly
• Fanatical support - someone who knows no bounds to make customers happy.
• Comfortable with sales and is able to build and present customized presentations.
• Possesses superb writing skills for marketing purposes.
• Required: Is highly technical - understands Javascript, HTML, and HTTP.
• Has built a website in the past.
• Dives deep and listens to customer problems to determine underlining customer or product problems.
